A few changes from 2020 will be continued for this year.
Registration for all exhibits will begin on December 15, 2021 and will close on January 15, 2022.
During this period, only exhibit entries will be accepted. Passes will not be sold during this time.
There is zero tolerance for missing the entry deadline.
During your registration, information/account will not be saved unless you fully complete your entry and transaction.
For livestock exhibitors:
YQCA must be completed prior to entering your exhibits.
Remember to enter both market and showmanship for your entry
If you get to the end and your cart is $0.00, you have not properly registered, you need to go back and fix it.
YQCA certificates must be uploaded in order to fully complete the registration process.
Pictures for livestock exhibitors are being collected except for breeding animals. Pictures can be uploaded at the time of registration but are not required in order to complete the registration process. Registered exhibitors can go back and upload the photos up to the registration deadline.
For YQCA Exempt Livestock Exhibitors (Primary, Horse, Cavy, Dog):
Primary exhibitors as well as exhibitors showing horse, cavies, or dogs are not required to complete YQCA.
To enter your exhibit, enter the word "Exempt" in the field for the YQCA Certificate
Download our "exempt" certificate and upload it at the time it is required. Download Here
