ShoWorks Registration With Passport
These instructions take you through the registration information and adding an item to your cart. It does not take you through the cart process. ​

​1. Go to the ShoWorks Home Page and click on the “Sign In” button at the top right corner

​2. Click the text link in the blue box which says "sign in"

3. Type in a username (email address is probably best to use), and then click the radio button for "I don't yet have a ShoWorks Passport but want to create one"

4. Fill out the information, the fields with asterisks is required information. Click the "Continue" button at the bottom and the next window will have all the information and it will ask you to confirm it.

5. You now have a passport account, if you click on the "Home" link in the top bar it will take you back to the fair's registration home page.

​6. Look at the blue buttons in the top right corner, you should now see a button which says "Passport", this means you are logged into ShoWorks with your Passport account. 

***The Passport account collects and stores some basic information, but the fairs which use ShoWorks may require additional information. Our fair will require you to enter your YQCA certificate number and other information before you can move forward with entries. 

Click the number "1" in the process steps to go to the registration page.

​7. Information collected from your Passport account is populated into the common fields. Enter the information which is required but not completed. This includes information such as "Club" and YQCA (for livestock entries only). Complete the remaining fields and submit the information

​8. Create an entry, when you click the button to add your entry you will be prompted to upload your YQCA certificate.

9. You will see this prompt when you add the entry to your cart, if you chose the button “I don’t want to do this” then you will revert back to the previous screen and you will not be able to proceed forward.

Click the “Okay, let’s continue” button

​10. A pop up screen will appear. Select the “Choose File” button, and browse your computer to your YQCA Certificate.

​11. After you have chosen the file, click the “Upload” button to upload your certificate.

12. Once your certificate has been uploaded, click the “Done” button in the top right corner.

​13. You will then return to the previous screen and you can continue with your entry/entries.
