Swine, Lambs, Goats, Feeder Calves-December 20, 2026 (since this is on a Sunday, DNA can be turned in no later than 5:00 pm December 21, 2026).

YQCA Training

All exhibitors must complete their annual YQCA training prior to the close of exhibitor registration on January 15, 2027.
YQCA Training

Exempt Certificate-If you are not required to take YQCA, you can download this exempt certificate to upload to ShoWorks with your entry.

Pre-Registration Logs

All pre-registration logs will be submitted electronically. Each club or organization has 1 online pre-registration workbook. A community leader or FFA teacher can request access to their spreadsheet by filling out the form here. They can then submit names and emails of additional leaders they would like to share access to the sheet by sending an email to livestock@ivfairgrounds.com.

This information will also be used to create a ShoWorks account to allow you access to see information such as entries for your club.

RV Park

Anyone interested in having an RV at the 2027 California Mid-Winter Fair must submit their interest by completing our online form. Submission of this form does not guarantee a spot and the time in which the form is received has no bearing on eligibility. Final day to submit interest is December 15, 2026. Please make sure to read the FAQs as eligibility criteria has changed.
