The Hulsienda is a former theater which sits on the northern part of the property.  We have recently made some upgrades to the building with an all new epoxy flooring and LED lighting. As a former theater building it has a built-in stage which is elevated 4 feet off the main floor and does not utilize any of the available floor space. This is one of two buildings on property which has restrooms facilities inside which is a nice amenity for guests at your event.
